All hoppers should start at the beginning of the hop at the Cards for Heroes website, hop from one blog to the next using the links on each blog and be sure to leave a comment when you feel
inspired by the card. At the end of the hop, Rusty Pickle will be randomly selecting a winner on Tuesday May 26th from our visitors to award a "pickled prize" so be sure to leave a comment about the Hero in your life.
Here are some beautiful cards made by Chef Brenda Neuberger and Heidi Erickson.
Brenda used the Rusty Pickle Freedom collection along with buttons, alphabet stickers and circle chipboard from photo mounts in this unique Thank You card. While Heidi rocked her card by using the new Rockin America collection by Rusty Pickle, Prima flowers, and grunge board swirls.

Wonderful cards, love those deep colors! My hero is my Dad, he served in the air force as a young man, and is just a great father and a good man who does the right thing at all times, he's an every day Hero.

What a great opportunity to speak about heroes! I'd say my family (immediate and extended) are my greatest heroes. Each day I learn something new from one or another of them, and each day I am inspired by their lives and their personal journeys. From my parents, who travel the country full-time in volunteer ministry, to my sisters who had children very young and are now raising two each and working full-time, to aunts and cousins who are authors and artists and even an Air Force Colonel. Each one has an exciting life and exciting stories to tell, and every day I am so thankful that I can call them family.
Thanks so much for the cards presented here. They are truly inspired!

Beautiful cards! Thanks for taking the time to post about this worthwhile cause! Today my hero (s) are my DH and his unit who are currently deployed in Afghanistan. I heard from him last night with devastating news that they lost an aircraft and a piolt. Today, that pilot and his family are my vote for true heros! Happy Memorial Day to you and yours!
