SKETCH WINNERS!

The Race is over and we appreciate all the participation in our challenges throughout the race. Our last challenge was to create a layout inspired by the same sketch used for one of the Race challenges. We would like to Congratulate our two winners Mieko and Hanneke for their beautiful creations.

Rusty Pickle's New Design Team

After much voting and deliberation over all the fantastic projects created in the last couple of weeks, we finally have chosen the six new members of our design team. Congratulations to:

It was a very, very close vote.  So close that we have decided to give the six who didn't make it a chance to make the team through publications.  More information on that will be e-mailed to the contestants later today.  You should all be proud of the stellar work you have created - you are all amazing!

The Last Leg of the Race

The last clue for the Amazing Race took the racers down under to www.scrappingoutback.com.au .  There was no better way than to end the race with a party and party they did!  The challenge was to make a party ensemble and WOW the projects the racers created are just STUNNING!  The gallery at Scrapping Outback is filled with invites, centre pieces, favour boxes and so much more so do take a look.

We'd like to thank all the race followers and supporters, you have ALL be wonderful and we hope that you have been inspired by all the wonderful creations that have been created during these last two weeks.  I know the racers have really appreciated this support.

We know you are all looking forward to seeing who is going to be a Rusty Pickle Chef so be sure to keep an eye out on the blog for the announcement!

Amazing Race ~ Clue 7

Clue took the creative racers over to www.scrapbookdoodle.com where they have threaded and weaved all sorts of beautiful things.  The gallery is filled with heaps of inspiration from the racers so please do head over and take a look.

  So here we are at the last leg of the race.  I am sure that the AMAZING RACERS are eagar to get underway with their last assigment.  So with out a do it real is time to give you that clue.  Each one of you are in Rusty Pickle heaven so it's time to give you clue number 7  

Get on outback, cause it's time to scrap near the small windmill by the old tin shed. SO search up high or search down under, spread your wings and begin to wonder. The dream is there amongst the swirls, just waiting to be found by some eager girls. SO get on outback where the skies are blue, cause that is where you'll find the clue.

Amazing Race ~ Clue 6
